Datashop helps you understand the value of your data and exercise your GDPR rights. We compute and display a personal Data Value using signals found in your own emails (for example, receipts, payouts, subscriptions), and give you tools to export, secure, or delete your information. Our service is designed to be transparent, secure, and compliant with data protection regulations.

Datashop is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you cannot waive under applicable consumer law.
You may stop using Datashop at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk to the service, or where required by law. On termination, we delete stored derived data in line with our Privacy Policy. Sections that by nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with an effective date. If changes are material, we may also notify you in-app or by email. Continuing to use Datashop after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections where you live.
